The spacious campsite Baia del Silenzio extends in the middle of the national park Vallo di Diano over several terraces and is covered by typical shady vegetation. The sandy private beach can be used for free for guests of the campsite and is only a few steps away. The shallow and calm water guarantee a lot of fun also for the small guests.
In the high season a professional team organises a daily and varying program for young and old day and night. Taste the Italian cuisine on the campsite's specialties restaurant or the trattoria in the surrounding and enjoy the regional Mediterranean flavours.
You should not miss the gorgeous ambience and the unspoiled nature in the surrounding of Baia del Silenzio! Discover the national park Cliento and its unique setting on one of the guided tours offered by the campsite. If you prefer to go on our own, explore the park on an extended walk and don't hesitate to bring your family. You will find splendidly constructed walking routes for every level!
Ascertain the watersides of the river Bussento or the numerous waterfalls, grottos and canyons. If you are more interested in culture and history you should definitely not miss a visit of the unique ruins of the ancient villages Pompeij and Paestum. Also Capri, one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean Sea with its world-famous Blue Grotto, is just a short boat-trip away.
