The campsite Playa Brava is idyllically situated on the fine sandy beach of Platja de Pals and is surrounded by a picturesque nature reserve and a small lagoon. This protected environment gives the campsite a calm, relaxed atmosphere – perfect for families and nature lovers who want to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. However, due to the current risk of forest fires, the authorities have banned charcoal barbecues.
The wide, sandy beach is not just for water sports fans; families with children of all ages will also find optimal conditions for relaxing days here. The Mediterranean beach bar invites you to take a relaxing break, where you can fully enjoy the holiday feeling with a cool drink and a fantastic sea view. The extensive pool area with a large sunbathing lawn offers a colorful entertainment program for all ages – here every day is a highlight. In the evening, a varied program with karaoke, shows and live concerts on the restaurant terrace provides entertainment.

From bicycle rental to organized bus excursions, everything is available to ensure that guests have an unforgettable vacation. The region around the campsite offers numerous activities for all tastes. For the more adventurous, the Parc Aventura in Pals, just 6 km away, is an absolute must. This 30-hectare nature adventure park offers exciting activities such as a high ropes course and ziplines – adrenaline kick guaranteed!
Just 10 km away is the medieval village of Peratallada, a real gem in Catalonia. The old buildings and narrow streets, some of which have been carved directly out of the rock, are what give this unique place its charm. The crystal-clear waters of the coves at Begur, just 8 km away, are also ideal for a day trip. Here you can combine relaxing hours swimming with romantic walks.
Immerse yourself in the Spanish way of life and discover the local markets where regional specialities are sold directly by the producers. Wine lovers shouldn't miss out on a tour of the surrounding vineyards, followed by a wine tasting session. The region around Camping Playa Brava also offers cultural highlights such as music festivals and museums along the famous Dalí route, which attract numerous visitors throughout the year. Bus trips and excursions can be booked directly at the campsite for unforgettable holiday experiences.
Due to an increased risk of wildfires, barbecuing is currently prohibited along the entire Costa Brava. This applies in particular to areas near forests and beaches.
