Just 2 km from the charming town of St. Peter am Kammersberg, surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the Katschtal valley, this campsite offers the perfect getaway amid dense forests, babbling brooks and majestic mountain panoramas. It is the ideal place to experience the tranquillity of nature and escape the daily grind.
The centerpiece of Camping Bella Austria is the outdoor pool with a separate children's pool, complemented by a small wellness area with a sauna. This is a great place to relax in the Alpine surroundings. Mountain bikers and hiking enthusiasts will also find a wide range of options – challenging trails and gentle routes allow you to experience nature in a way that suits the age and wishes of each family member. Hikes often end with a leisurely picnic at one of the surrounding mountain huts, where traditional dishes and unique views await.

The area surrounding the Bella Austria campsite is a true paradise for hiking enthusiasts: whether you are looking for challenging tours in the high mountains or leisurely walks, you will encounter fascinating flora and fauna that will delight every nature lover. The mountain huts invite you to enjoy regional delicacies and Styrian cuisine in the midst of nature.
An absolute highlight for families is the Märchenwald Steiermark, only 40 km away, as well as the summer toboggan run on the Turracher Höhe, which makes children's hearts beat faster. Nature lovers should not miss the Günstner waterfall and the Etrachsee – both destinations are about 20 km from the Bella Austria campsite and offer spectacular nature experiences and breathtaking views.
The surrounding area also has a lot to offer in terms of culture: cities such as Salzburg, Graz, Vienna and Klagenfurt are within easy reach for day trips and offer exciting experiences for culture lovers. Sports enthusiasts will find a variety of opportunities to actively explore the Alpine landscape, with bike and mountain bike tours, Nordic walking and even paragliding.
