the KNAUS camping parks are now all open for you. The respective regulations of the federal states result in partly different requirements for the individual vacation regions. The exact dates can be found in the table below.

The 2-G rule applies to tourist overnight stays. The stay at the KNAUS camping parks in North Rhine-Westphalia is only permitted for immunised persons (proof of vaccination or convalescence).
The 3-G rule applies to non-tourist overnight stays. Staying at KNAUS camping parks in North Rhine-Westphalia is permitted for such overnight stays for immunised (proof of vaccination or convalescence) or tested persons. If negative proof is provided by means of a test, this must be updated on arrival and again after each additional 4-day stay. The proof must have been confirmed beyond doubt in writing or digitally. As testing by means of a PCR or antigen test is only to be carried out by trained persons, testing cannot be carried out either on arrival or during the stay at the campsite.
Pupils are still considered to be tested due to their participation in the compulsory school tests. Children up to the age of school entry are treated the same as tested persons. Children and young people up to and including 15 years of age are exempt from restrictions on 2G and 2G-plus.

HOTSPOT regulation: In view of the dynamics of the Omikron wave, an adjustment of the threshold is currently under consideration. For the time being, the existing regulation for hotspots does not apply. Short-term changes are possible at any time.

The opening of campsites for tourist purposes is permitted in compliance with the 2 G plus regulation. Even immunised persons need a daily negative proof.
Proof of testing is not required for boostered persons and pupils who are subject to compulsory testing according to the School and Daycare Corona Ordinance. The testing obligations do not apply to persons up to the age of 6 or those who have not yet started school.
